Service Description

Primary School Tutoring - Pre- Kindy ages 4.5 years plus- Year 3 to Year 5 Tuesday Afternoon x2 different times - sessions Pre-kindy - Year 3 - 3:50pm - 4:50pm Year 2 - Year 4 - 5:00pm - 4:50pm Saturday morning x2 different times - sessions Pre-kindy - Year 1 9:30-10:30am Year 1 - Year 4 10:40am - 11:40am The $200 is the bond fee - part payment to hold a spot for the term, the remaining balance can be made over 1-4 weeks from the start date of the term. This part payment will be credited towards the balance once your child starts the term (your child must start by the first week of the term otherwise it is non refundable). This is a 10 week Term for the Tuesday afternoon session and 9 week term for Saturday morning sessions. This is a one hour session Our program is quite interactive as we use engaging methods and resources which supports the students to better understand their work and achieve greater things. The Primary school Program We will be focusing on; spelling, sentence writing, recounts, information reports, reading and comprehension and literacy based learning. In relation to Maths, we will be focusing on; Addition using a number line, split strategy, doubles and skip counting using 1-3 digits and beyond. We will be focusing on multiplication and division, fractions, decimals and various strands of maths. This session will be in a small group based setting (2-5 students - depending on the learning abilities and the students will be of similar age/year), focusing not only on academics but also social skills as we at times encourage the students to work together to complete certain learning tasks.
