Orientation visit

Service Description

The school readiness orientation visit is highly recommended for; Children with lots of emotions Children with additional needs Children with separation anxiety Parents who find it hard to separate from their children This orientation visit will ease off those overwhelming feelings and help the children to explore their new surrounding environment and become more familiar and settled for their next big session. The orientation visit is from 10:00am till 11:00am (at times this may need to be shorter). Please advise us during your visit if your child has any additional learning or developmental needs which we will need to pay extra attention to. You can also let us know via email prior to the enrolment so that we can work together to communicate the best options for your child's learning needs. If we find that your child may require one on one support in a group based setting, we will inform you during the visit or at some point within the first few weeks of enrolment as we want to ensure that we meet the needs of all the children to the best of our ability.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings and enrolments are Term based. Enrolments can start mid term or time any week of the term (pending availability). Fees are payable from the start date of when the applicant is enrolling. We don't reserve places so booking are upon availability. Cancellation of Attendance; Sick days - Holidays - Moving house change of mind - Sate Government Shutdowns Please note we do not refund term fees regardless of any of the above. It is a Term-based enrolment and all fees need to finalised by week 4 of each term otherwise you will be advised and the enrolment will be terminated. We always do our best to accommodate for sick days by offering make-up sessions if spaces are available during that term period, (we need at least 24hour notice and a doctor’s certificate will be required). Sessions only run during the school Terms – We often run School Holiday Workshops, these are separate to the term sessions (enquire within). Regards Nadia B4 big school
