2025 School Readiness Program

Service Description

Now taking enrolments for the School Readiness Program - Pre-kindy Tutoring for 2025 Get 10% if you enrol by the 30-9-2024 A part payment is required deposit/bond of $200 this is non refundable otherwise, it will be credited to the balance once your child starts the term (your child must start by the first week of the term otherwise it is non refundable). Term 1 - 2025 Term dates for the School Readiness program Term Dates - Tuesday the 4th of February till Thursday the 10th of April 2025. This is a 10 weeks term for the Weekday sessions excluding the Saturday sessions- they run for x9 weeks. Session times: 9:15-11:15am drop off is at 9:10am Session cost is from $45.00 per hour or $60 for x2 hours Enrolments need to be finalised by week 4 of each term. You can choose either the 2hour weekday session The 2 hour Weekday sessions run for x10 weeks at $60 for the total 2hrs. It is a term based enrolment the fees will total $600 for x10 weeks. (Registration fees apply followed by $20 stationary fee per term after) The Saturday session runs for x9 weeks at $45 per 1 hour session There is a $45.00 registration fee for the weekday school readiness weekday program. There is a $35.00 registration fee for the Saturday school readiness. Students are grouped according to their learning abilities - One educator is allocated to each age group - the group will consist of 3 - 5 children. If your child requires one on one support, please let us know and we will check our availability - the cost varies -$120 per hour. Our program is quite interactive as we use engaging methods and resources which supports the young children/students to better understand their work and achieve greater things. The School Readiness Program focuses on; Academics and Social Skills , Handwriting, Name Writing, Phonics - Word Building, Number Work, Social Skills - News, Art & Crafts - Music & Movement role play. When the children excel beyond this, we start to focus on the Kindergarten Program which will cover some of the following- Sight Words- CVC words- learning to read short sentences - Counting and recognising numbers to 100 - friends of 10 & 20 addition, subtraction and various strands of math. Please advise us if your child has any additional learning or developmental needs which we will need to pay extra attention to, please let us know via email prior to the enrolment so that we can work together to communicate the best options for your child's learning needs.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings and enrolments are Term based. Enrolments can start mid term or time any week of the term (pending availability). Fees are payable from the start date of when the applicant is enrolling. We don't reserve places so booking are upon availability. Cancellation of Attendance; Sick days - Holidays - Moving house change of mind - Sate Government Shutdowns Please note we do not refund term fees regardless of any of the above. It is a Term-based enrolment and all fees need to finalised by week 4 of each term otherwise you will be advised and the enrolment will be terminated. We always do our best to accommodate for sick days by offering make-up sessions if spaces are available during that term period, (we need at least 24hour notice and a doctor’s certificate will be required).
